Role Overview
As an Account Executive at Upper Hand, you will own the full sales cycle and help sports and fitness organizations modernize how they operate. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who is comfortable hunting for new business, running disciplined sales processes, and managing deals from the first touch through closed-won.
What You Will Do
Manage the entire sales process from outbound prospecting and discovery calls to live product demonstrations and closing the deal. Conduct structured discovery to understand operational pain points and position Upper Hand as a business solution.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- SaaS or Sports/Fitness industry experience
- Ability to explain complex software features in a simple and compelling way
- Comfortable using modern sales tools (HubSpot, Google Suite, CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
