Data Operations Expert

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Medior Data Operations Expert (Databricks) to join our Digital Engineering Team. The role encompasses managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our main IT services (Salesforce and Data Lake).

Requirements

• University or college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark.
• Strong Python and PySpark skills for data processing and automation.
• Familiarity with Delta Lake architecture and ACID transactions.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Data Services and Databricks security/governance (Unity Catalog).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Databricks notebooks.
• Data pipeline monitoring & alerting
• Data quality checks & reconciliation
• DEV / TEST / PROD release support
