Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in managing the operation of designated filling stations, maximizing business results, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves managing teams, executing regional strategy, and monitoring key performance indicators.
What You Will Do
Responsible for business results of filling stations, managing and developing operations, executing regional strategy, and monitoring KPIs. Analyzes performance, identifies development opportunities, and takes measures to improve results.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We expect a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, at least 5 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or corporate sales, and experience in managing teams. Strong leadership and change management skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication and collaboration are also required.
