Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to drive polymers business growth in the Bucharest, Ploiesti, Buzau, Pitesti, Craiova area. In this role, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and shape commercial success by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
What You Will Do
Prepare sales concepts, define steps to achieve goals, visit customers regularly, prepare and maintain customer action plans, cooperate with Group teams and third parties, provide market information, monitor and conclude contracts, and maintain compliance with Group guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in economics, technics or other related fields, minimum 5 years of sales experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in economics, technics or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience / or minimum 3 years of experience in the sale of polymers or processing of plastics
- Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce
- English language – advanced
- Car license – category B
