As a Data Analyst at UPS, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Marketing and Sales functions. You will be responsible for performance tracking, revenue attribution, and marketing automation analytics to support growth, customer acquisition, and lifecycle optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis in a digital environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and automation.
- Experience with marketing tools (CMS, campaign management platforms, email automation).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Understanding of APIs and cross-platform data extraction methods.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
