What You Will Do
Map how work actually gets done, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes to improve productivity, accuracy, speed, and outcomes. Prototype lightweight solutions independently using AI-assisted development tools, low-code platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and workflow automation software.

Requirements

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies
- Comfort with spreadsheets, data analysis, dashboards, and modern productivity and automation tools
- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar business processes and identify meaningful improvement opportunities
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with department leaders and frontline employees
- High ownership, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward execution
