Senior Director of FP&A

Role Overview

The Senior Director of Finance will own full financial cadence across all business lines and operational programs, serving as the primary strategic copilot to the President, program managers, and engineering leadership.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include establishing and leading program finance, managing program-level P&Ls, bookings, backlog conversion, revenue recognition, contract margins, and cash generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with significant tenure in leadership roles
• Proven mastery of program economics, government and commercial aerospace contracting, cost accounting standards (CAS), FAR regulations, milestone billing, and EAC/ETC methodologies
• Executive presence and track record of serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive operational leadership
