Duties

The Creativity & Productivity Strategy & Operations team seeks to achieve revenue growth and drive operational excellence and efficiency for our sellers. The team’s key objectives include implementing plans to solve critical business priorities and enabling the field through actionable insights, operational rigor, and scalable processes.

We are looking for an Account Management (AM) Sales Operations Manager (FTC) to support the AM organization through business reporting, operational execution, and performance visibility across the field.

A successful candidate for this role is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating business data into meaningful insights and actions. They will partner closely with AM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor quarterly performance, drive reporting cadences, and provide visibility into pipeline, customer engagement, and deal execution. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is proactive, and has experience supporting sales or account management organizations within a SaaS or B2B environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive reporting and visibility for key quarterly initiatives across the AM organization
  • Track and assess performance against quarterly targets and business goals
  • Build and maintain recurring dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting
  • Provide visibility to field leadership on AM performance metrics, including:
    • Pipeline creation and progression
    • Customer meetings and engagement activity
    • Deals closed and revenue attainment
    • Forecast and target performance
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing data analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and GTM teams, to support business execution
  • Support operational cadence reviews, including weekly business reviews and quarterly planning processes
  • Help improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data consistency across systems and tools
  • Package and present insights and recommendations to leadership stakeholders

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel experience
  • Experience working with CRM and reporting tools such as Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related functions
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting sales or account management teams in a SaaS or B2B environment preferred
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or STEM.
