Role Overview

The Director, Marketing Technology Products is responsible for the strategic management, implementation, and optimization of the USO’s marketing technology stack. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across all marketing and communications channels by leveraging technology, data, and analytics.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap for the USO’s marketing technology products, lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing technology platforms and tools, and oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of marketing data.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive work experience in marketing technology, product management, or IT leadership role, including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity, and a strong working knowledge of digital strategy, data analytics, and project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive work experience in marketing technology, product management, or IT leadership role
  • 5+ years in a supervisory capacity
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with common CMS platforms like WordPress and Drupal
  • Strong working knowledge of digital strategy, data analytics, and project management
