UW is seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to drive revenue and scale consumer service portfolios. The role involves strategy and forecasting, performance analysis, commercial enablement, data governance, process improvement, and customer retention strategy.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Commercial or Trading Manager within a consumer services business.
- Deep data proficiency, with the ability to link quantity and quality inputs to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
- Expertise in analytical data tools including Excel, Looker, Big Query, and Data Studio with experience in statistical commercial modelling.
- A comprehensive understanding of Trading KPIs and the intricate relationship they have with the wider business.
- Proven experience of managing and developing customer retention programmes in a subscription-led business.
- Knowledge of contact centre operations and digital environments; experience with Network marketing would be highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in the end-to-end management and implementation of cross-functional workstreams.
