Inside Sales and Service Engineer at Vaisala, a global leader in measurement instruments and intelligence. The role involves supporting product sales and service business, managing lead-to-order process, and providing technical support to customers.
Requirements
- Identify, qualify and handle customer inquiries (product and service)
- Prepare quotations and proposals using Salesforce CPQ
- Process sales and service orders in CRM/ERP systems
- Implement and follow pricing and discount policies
- Coordinate demo units and service cases
- Provide product and application support
- Support handling of delivery issues, claims and customer complaints
- Conduct outbound activities to develop new leads, upsell service offerings and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Support webinars, marketing campaigns and creation of basic sales/service materials
- Participate in sales meetings and customer requirement discussions
- Travel with outside sales when needed to support presentations, trade shows and key customer visits
