Valon is hiring a Product Operations Manager to lead the design and operation of scalable product operations systems, drive product quality, reliability, and release learning, and influence product direction through insight and leverage.
Requirements
- Build and own scalable product operations systems
- Design and evolve core product operations frameworks
- Identify structural gaps in product insights and create durable mechanisms
- Operate horizontally across ValonOS, focusing on cross-cutting patterns
- Drive product quality, reliability, and release learning
- Influence product direction through insight and leverage
