Role Overview
The Director, FP&A will serve as a critical partner to the Americas executive leadership team, providing strategic financial leadership and overseeing all financial operations with full P&L responsibility.
What You Will Do
The role will drive brand decisions through actionable insights/analytics, hold the executive team accountable for the financial impact of decisions, and steer brand choices towards initiatives with the highest return on investment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics
- 10+ years of experience and professional achievements
- Strong financial background with in-depth understanding of business dynamics across different channels
- Strategic thinker and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal capabilities with ability to effectively work across functions/countries and influence all levels of the organization
- Ability to drive a results-oriented culture and accountability
- Exceptional analytical and modelling skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Solid PC and systems capabilities
- Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Ability to travel up to 5%-10% of the time on an as needed basis
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $180,400.00 USD – $225,500.00 USD
- Additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential
