Role Overview

Partner Marketing Programs Manager at Vanta drives revenue growth and market expansion through high-impact cloud, technology, and ecosystem partnerships. The role builds and invests in joint campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and MDF programs to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen partner relationships.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Programs will build, scale, and execute the foundational engine behind Vanta’s global partner marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include orchestrating partner communications, maximizing MDF impact, and scaling partner pipegen programs.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in partner programs, partner marketing, partner marketing operations, partner marketing communications
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a bias for action
• Prior experience building and scaling partner or channel marketing programs
• Experience supporting partner marketing teams budgets and managing MDF programs (AWS MDF and SCAs strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full program lifecycle from planning through launch, tracking, and reporting
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a startup environment where speed and ownership matter
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation. Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools)
• Advanced Excel expertise (complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling, data connectors, automation)
