Sales Development Representative, Upmarket

Join Vanta’s Sales Development team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help build pipeline as we move upmarket. As an SDR at Vanta, you’ll receive training, support, and mentorship to excel in your role and advance within our sales team. We’re looking for someone with at least 6 months of SDR/BDR experience and a strong enthusiasm for cold calling and work ethic.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Vanta’s value proposition and product
  • Ability to identify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and 6Sense
  • Multi-channel approach to prospecting and maximizing efforts by developing sequences in Outreach
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role
  • Ability to manage current Outbound Engine
  • Self-starter who enjoys creating process and procedures for a scaling business
  • Highly empathetic to prospects as a strong brand representative for Vanta
  • Ability to use AI to amplify skills and strengthen work
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
