The Role

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager who supports operational excellence across Sales and Customer Success by driving consistent execution, operational discipline, and data driven decision-making. This role partners with regional Sales and Customer Success leaders and works in close alignment with WW Sales SVP to ensure forecasting accuracy, risk visibility, and strong follow-through on key initiatives. The position plays a critical role in translating leadership priorities into scalable processes and measurable outcomes.

The Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in operations roles within SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding with the sales motion, support motion and value proposition.
  • Proven experience working closely with senior Sales leadership.
  • Ability and skill to utilize AI heavily to achieve goals.
  • Strong ability to design governance structures and manage cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience in risk management, customer success metrics, and operational analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead strategic programs and drive adoption of processes across global teams.
  • Salesforce experience.

The Responsibilities

Operational Cadence & Governance

  • Oversee weekly cadence, ensuring structured discussions on booking forecast for the quarter/month/week, evals, NPMs, QBRs, renewals, events, and channel engagement.
  • Define structure for risk review and escalation.
  • Ensure coverage for accounts without activity, and reassignments for accounts without traction.

Risk Management & Red Flags

  • Enforce criteria for red flags (e.g., stalled NB/Upsell opportunities, lack of engagement, missed QBRs, lack of NP/Upsell meetings, low conversion and closing rates, gaps in hiring).
  • Oversee review process and drive owners for resolution.
  • Track unresolved red flags week-over-week and maintain visibility across teams.
  • Implement monthly analysis of meetings, evals, attach rates, conversion rates, and closing rates by region.
  • Design and drive penetration plans of new and existing products to accounts, expansion plans.

Partners

  • Assist with partner programs and analyze partner relationships.
  • Ensure renewals are processed by the right partners.
