Role Overview
BSN Sports is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team and lead/support the front line in one of the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. An Area Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales, gross margin, and maximizing market share in the assigned territory.
What You Will Do
Sales Management & Training: Coach/train Sales Pros on product knowledge, professional sales techniques, company culture and procedures; motivate Sales Pros to exceed goals and develop professional sales habits; resolve problems on a timely basis; and ensure Sales Pros adhere to company policy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university preferred
- 2+ years prior sales team management experience (5-10 direct reports)
- 3+ years prior B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
