Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, responsible for owning core planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-support workstreams. This role partners directly with business leaders to translate operating performance into a clear financial outlook, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver practical recommendations.

What You Will Do

Own assigned components of annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning, including assumptions, model updates, and consolidation of business inputs. Lead recurring monthly and quarterly reporting for assigned areas, including close review, BvA, and Board-level reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years accounting and/or financial analysis experience
• Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, self-motivated, team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Fundamental understanding of 3 statement financial model
