Vendelux is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to own and scale their marketing-led pipeline strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled integrated demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI-native technology company, at the series B or C level.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a demonstrated track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Experience scaling Series B/C companies
- Expert use of: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads.
- Proficient in using AI tools to automate and build content, and an interest in using AI to constantly improve outcomes
- Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.
- Ability to design segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks at scale.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
