Role Overview
The FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization. This role delivers actionable insights that improve decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, enhance forecast accuracy, and support profitable growth.
What You Will Do
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning processes. Analyze business performance across revenue, operating expenses, SG&A, profitability, headcount, and working capital to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Cost Finance, or related finance functions.
- Experience supporting annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and monthly business performance reviews.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
