Inside Sales Representative – Service

Hach is seeking an Inside Sales Representative- Service to work with the Service sales team in Malaysia to achieve breakthrough growth with existing/potential customers. The role involves managing the Service Reminder Program, driving revenue growth, and establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in field sales/inside sales roles
• Chemistry/Instrumentation background would be an added advantage
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and action-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in a process-driven environment with experience in using CRM in a disciplined manner
• Customer-focused and strong interpersonal and communications skills
