Vercel is seeking a Senior Global People Operations Specialist to join their People team, responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle and driving scalable People Ops processes. The role involves serving as the first escalation point for employee inquiries, partnering with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving systems and workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR Operations experience with a focus on employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and vendor coordination
- Proven track record working within global or hypergrowth tech environments
- Deep understanding of US and EMEA employment policies and practices, and knowledge about APAC is a plus
- Experience working with global teams and collaborating across time zones
- Experience working with EOR providers and benefits vendors across multiple EMEA and APAC countries
- Experience working in global mobility – immigration, visas, international relocations and transfers
