Role Overview
You will be the founding GTM leader at Veris, designing and executing the go-to-market motion across outbound, inbound, partnerships, and customer lifecycle. You’ll co-own revenue with the founders, from creating pipeline to closing complex enterprise deals.
What You Will Do
Work with the founders to set the GTM strategy, define ICP, key verticals, and wedge use cases, shape positioning, messaging, and narratives, design the overall GTM architecture, and co-own sales with the founders.

You’ll help invent the machine: messaging, ICP, pricing, playbooks, and the early team that follows. You’ll work closely with product and engineering to turn customer needs into crisp narratives and demos.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM roles (sales, founder-led GTM, solutions, or growth) in B2B SaaS or dev tools
- A track record of closing complex, technical deals with mid-market or enterprise customers
- Experience as a founding or early GTM hire or in a highly ambiguous, builder-style environment
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills: you can explain a complex platform simply and compellingly
