Role Overview
The Ad Sales Operations Specialist will maximize commercial inventory, manage network inventory, and partner with the ad sales team to reduce liability and stay on pace with budget. This role requires a subject matter expert with a clear understanding of traffic and experience with traffic systems. The Specialist will work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on projects.
What You Will Do
Manage commercial inventory, maintain and manage network inventory, edit/manipulate logs, partner with ad sales team, communicate inventory needs and availability, resolve conflicts and issues, and ensure all spots and program media are ready to air.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of log experience
- Previous experience with any traffic systems required
- WideOrbit Network, WO Traffic, or WO Radio is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Attention to detail
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
