Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for pipeline and forecast operations, CRM data hygiene, and building operating assets to support the sales team. The role requires strong SQL skills, deep understanding of GTM metrics, and experience with CRM systems. The analyst will work closely with sales leadership, AEs, and SDRs to improve pipeline inspection, deal movement, and accountability.
What You Will Do
The Revenue Operations Analyst will run pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and weekly revenue reporting with accurate data. They will also own Salesforce as a system, design and test workflows to improve fill rates and data completeness, and build internal AI tooling to put answers in front of reps and leaders.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM operations, business operations, or analytics supporting a sales team
- Strong understanding of GTM metrics, pipeline mechanics, forecast support, CRM hygiene, and sales process discipline
- Ownership of a system end to end
- Comfort with ambiguity and no playbook
- Strong SQL skills
- Deep Salesforce skills
- Experience with a BI tool and a data warehouse
- Analytical and detail-oriented, but practical
- Clear communication with non-technical people
- Track record partnering across sales, marketing, finance, and product to turn data into decisions
