Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis – Commercial

Role Overview

The Senior Director of Commercial Finance is a senior leader within the US Commercial Finance organization, serving as the primary strategic business partner to the US Commercial Vice President and Business Unit Lead. This leader will partner with the BU Lead to develop options and guide resource allocation to balance growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive finance experience in commercial, FP&A, or strategic roles, including experience supporting senior executives or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Expert financial modeling, valuation, analytics, and scenario planning capabilities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex information into useful insights for senior leaders
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, drive organizational change, and innovate in a fast-paced environment
• Deep business acumen and understanding of the biotechnology market and commercial strategy
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster an inclusive, development-oriented culture
• Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of Hyperion or similar planning tools
