We are seeking a resourceful and dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Sales team in various sales administrative activities, from pre-sales to post-sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, support or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, manage priorities, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
