Senior Media Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Media Operations Senior Manager will oversee media infrastructure, access, and workflow decisions for high-volume, multi-brand production across Paramount’s global ecosystem. The role will set and enforce storage and archive policy, provision and secure access to media environments, and manage vendor tools and relationships.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include storage and archive strategy, access provisioning, live and near-live production and streaming workflows, media transfer and delivery workflows, and managing relationships with media technology vendors.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in media management, post-production operations, or media infrastructure/IT roles, with prior coordinator-level experience preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to make operational decisions are essential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in media management, post-production operations, or media infrastructure/IT roles
• Prior coordinator-level experience
• Strong working knowledge of editorial workflows, media formats/codecs, and professional editing platforms
• Experience with cloud storage platforms, enterprise file transfer systems, and MAM/DAM or archive systems
• Ability to make and own operational decisions
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
