Viamericas is seeking a Business Development Executive to cover the assigned territory and maximize revenue for the full line of Viamericas Corporation services to existing and new agents within the territory.
Requirements
- Recruitment of new agent locations and providing service to existing agent locations within the assigned territory.
- Generating leads, calling on prospects, evaluating business position and converting into new business signings.
- Activating, installing, and providing agent training on how to use Viamericas’ products adequately.
- Providing ongoing agent support and maintenance through agency visits.
- Replacing damaged equipment to maintain level of production.
- Monitoring competitors’ rates and providing feedback to the company about client interactions.
- Counseling agents on how Viamericas’ products and services can satisfy their needs and those of their clients.
- Assisting the Compliance department with additional training to the agents.
- Assisting with collections from nonpaying agents within the assigned territory.
