Videa helps dental clinicians deliver better care to millions of patients through AI. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and ship meaningful work, working alongside engineers, clinicians, and other teams to solve practical problems for dental teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer success role
- SAAS expertise and experience in becoming a hands-on application expert
- Start-up experience and understanding of the unique experience it entails
- Ability to thrive and quickly pivot when market dynamics dictate
- Adept at managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Dental, DSO, healthcare industry, digital therapeutics, or digital healthcare background
- Proven track record of exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction
- Ability to develop strategic client strategies
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adapts and responds to change
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel
- Experience managing a range of priorities and accounts
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt in rapidly changing environments
- Growth mindset and ability to perform basic data analysis
