Customer Success Manager- Product Adoption

Videa helps dental clinicians deliver better care to millions of patients through AI. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and ship meaningful work, working alongside engineers, clinicians, and other teams to solve practical problems for dental teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer success role
  • SAAS expertise and experience in becoming a hands-on application expert
  • Start-up experience and understanding of the unique experience it entails
  • Ability to thrive and quickly pivot when market dynamics dictate
  • Adept at managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Dental, DSO, healthcare industry, digital therapeutics, or digital healthcare background
  • Proven track record of exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction
  • Ability to develop strategic client strategies
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adapts and responds to change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience managing a range of priorities and accounts
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt in rapidly changing environments
  • Growth mindset and ability to perform basic data analysis
