Financial Analyst- FP&A

Role Overview

Consolidate, analyze, and report financial data to ensure alignment with company objectives. Support monthly financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and annual budgeting process.

What You Will Do

Prepare monthly statements, investigate variances, track financial performance against forecasts, reconcile transactions, correct discrepancies, and assist with month- and year-end accounting close.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and perform process analysis. Analyze business unit performance, identify key variance drivers, and monitor financial metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• 3+ years of experience in Finance (Financial Analysis)
• Ability to communicate in English fluently
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial applications
• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
• SAP user is preferred
