Role Overview

The Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A & Corporate delivers financial planning, analysis, reporting, and commercial decision support across Vinarchy’s global business. The role coordinates annual planning, forecasting, and performance reporting cycles, providing senior stakeholders with clear insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities.

What You Will Do

Deliver monthly reporting, forecasts, commentary, and insights for Executive and Senior Leadership teams. Analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve outcomes. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; CA/CPA required.
• 7 years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance or related roles.
• Experience in global or matrix organisations desirable.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting capability.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning/reporting tools.
• Able to translate complex data into clear commercial insight and recommendations.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and collaborative, with strong initiative and professional maturity.
