We’re a fast-moving startup scaling both our clinical workforce and our internal team, and we need someone who can build the people infrastructure to match our growth.
What You Will Do
You’ll own the full employee lifecycle for our 60+ nationwide Medical Assistant contractor workforce from sourcing, screening, hiring to overseeing their success in the first 30 days.

Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Startup experience is a strong plus
- Strong work ethic and resilience under pressure
- Organized and diligent
- Genuinely passionate about building something
- Comfortable wearing both hats
- Tech-comfortable with ATS platforms, Google Workspace, and internal tools and automations
