Role Overview
The Sales Manager will initially operate as a hands-on salesperson, managing inbound leads and closing customers across the company’s automotive services. Once individual sales performance has been established, the role will transition into a player-coach leadership position, responsible for training, supporting and managing a team of SDRs.
What You Will Do
Manage a high volume of inbound leads, qualify prospects, quote customers, sell PPF, window tint, ceramic coating, and paint correction services, handle objections, and follow up consistently with prospective customers.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience within automotive customisation or a closely related automotive environment
- Approximately 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience in inbound, phone-based or high-ticket sales
- Proven ability to handle objections and close customers
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills
- Comfortable working with high lead volumes
- Consultative rather than aggressive sales approach
- Demonstrable history of achieving sales targets
- Experience mentoring, training or supporting colleagues
- Strong communication and coaching ability
