The Marketing Operations and Social Media Virtual Assistant will assist in managing the company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and tracking performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Research and vet influencer and creator candidates
  • Maintain and update a creator outreach tracker
  • Send outreach messages and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with confirmed creators
  • Manage the company’s Instagram and TikTok accounts
  • Schedule and publish content
  • Write captions aligned with approved messaging guidelines
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages
  • Track and log daily performance metrics
  • Maintain and update a centralized performance dashboard
  • Identify and report anomalies, performance drops, and notable wins
  • Support email marketing operations
  • Organize and maintain all campaign assets
  • Assist in formatting and uploading campaign content to the crowdfunding platform
  • Support execution of the 48-hour launch coordination checklist
