Requirements
- Research and qualify 15–20 target prospects daily using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Send 50–65 personalised LinkedIn connection requests per week
- Execute 150–200 outbound dials per week
- Log every touch and outcome in Zoho CRM same-day without exception
- Submit a weekly pipeline report to Transition Manager every Monday by 9:00 AM PH time
- Book qualified discovery calls into the sales team’s calendar
- A/B test message variations and feed learnings back to the team
