Finance Systems Manager(Experience in EPM cloud along with Finance systems is a must)

Visa is seeking a dynamic Finance Systems Manager to join the Finance Systems Strategy (FSS) team, reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A Technology & Strategy. The Manager will design, deliver, and optimize enterprise-wide Planning and Performance Management solutions on Oracle Cloud EPM.

Requirements

• 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Experience in product roadmap, requirements, and release strategy for Oracle Cloud EPM solutions aligned with FP&A transformation goals
• Knowledge of workforce planning, capital planning, Opex/project budgeting, revenue forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and product requirements
• Leadership and mentoring skills, including collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
