Role Overview
Visions In Education is seeking a strategic and collaborative educational leader to serve as Director of Career Pathways, Partnerships and Workforce Development. This role provides leadership and oversight for Career Technical Education (CTE), workforce development, career readiness, and postsecondary and career transition initiatives. The position is based in Gold River, CA with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week after full training, and includes travel to all counties served by Visions.
What You Will Do
Lead and oversee Career Technical Education (CTE), workforce development, career readiness, and postsecondary and career transition initiatives. Build strong partnerships among schools, educational partners, workforce agencies, industry leaders, and community organizations to expand equitable student access to high-quality career pathways, work-based learning, apprenticeships, and career-connected opportunities.

Requirements
- Possession of a valid California teaching credential, or Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling
- Possession of a valid California administrative credential
- Minimum three years of administrative experience in education with increasing levels of responsibility
- Previous experience in Career Technical Education (CTE), workforce development, career readiness initiatives, or related educational programs is preferred
- Experience in charter schools, independent study programs, alternative education, or nontraditional educational settings is preferred
