Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead a team of Customer Experience Supervisors, Representatives, and adjacent roles. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of team leadership or management experience, 3+ years of Customer Experience experience, and 3+ years of Salesforce experience. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for leading and developing people, shaping a positive culture, and supporting operations and customer excellence.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
