Viva.com, a European fintech company, is seeking a Global Accounts Business Development Manager to expand its international footprint by building and growing relationships with global clients. The role combines strategic planning, sales, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or partnerships, within the payments, fintech, or banking industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; an MBA or background in engineering is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of global payment processing solutions, market dynamics, and regulatory environments
  • Strong network of ISVs, IHVs, and resellers within the payments industry
  • Hold strong presentation, communication, and third-party handling skills, particularly over video meetings or over the phone
  • International mindset with the ability to manage complex global accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese & English
