The AVP, Sales Operations, Data & Digital will coordinate the strategic needs of the Selling Team, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure targeting coordination and Client event excellence. The role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a strategic, consulting, or operational leadership role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent program and project management skills with a track record of successfully leading large-scale initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organizational alignment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong executive presence, with exceptional influence and communication skills across C-suite audiences.
