Senior Associate, Data Operations

In this role, you will independently manage complex data intake, validation, and quality operations supporting Vizient’s Procedural Analytics (PA) product.

Requirements

• Execute complex procedural data implementations
• Perform advanced manual and automated data validation
• Ensure hospital submissions meet Vizient data quality standards
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex data issues
• Diagnose and resolve ongoing submission issues
• Monitor processing systems
• Support development, testing, and rollout of new workflows
• Deliver customized analyses using structured and unstructured datasets
• Research and evaluate data sources, validation techniques, and best practices
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Act as a trusted data advisor to members
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to training materials
• Mentor junior associates on procedural data concepts
