Role Overview
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support the full financial lifecycle of government contracts, from proposal pricing and award through forecasting, program financial management, contract modifications, and financial performance analysis.
What You Will Do
Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support management decision-making, analyze program financial performance, revenue, labor utilization, direct costs, indirect costs, and profitability, and support monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant financial analysis, government contracting, proposal pricing, or related experience.
- Strong understanding of government contracting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly present financial and pricing information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
