Senior FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a commercially astute Senior FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing finance team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of FP&A – Strategic Accounts & Wholesale, this role plays a pivotal part in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to inform and influence strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting
• CA/CPA qualification
• Experience in mid-to-large organisations or complex environments preferred
• Understanding of Accounting & Finance fundamentals at the level of one with qualifications and experience outlined above
• Advanced Excel with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
• Strong experience with financial systems (Adaptive Insights highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow drivers
