Product Operations Manager (Roaming) responsible for end-to-end operational, commercial, technical, and regulatory management of Vodafone Ireland’s roaming services.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in roaming operations and good understanding of wholesale roaming management
- Experience with roaming billing systems (WRM, Syniverse reporting, TAP, NRTRDE standards or equivalents) would be desirable
- Background in telecom network operations, routing, IREG/TADIG, VoLTE roaming and service testing
- Experience handling GSMA compliance processes and standards
- Proven leadership working with cross-functional teams
- Experience preparing commercial insights, financial reports, and supporting senior leadership decisions
