Data Scientist

Role Overview

As a Data Scientist/Data Analyst at Voi, you will own a business area from an analytics and data science perspective, helping your team make better decisions that create value for our riders, cities, and business.

What You Will Do

You will work across the full decision-making funnel: from building reliable data models and KPIs to designing experiments, uncovering insights, and driving meaningful change.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, business owners and other data scientists to turn complex data into clear recommendations and measurable impact.

Requirements

• A few years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar in an autonomous and agile environment.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with Python, statistical modelling and experimentation.
• Experience designing, analysing and communicating A/B tests or similar impact measurement methods.
• The ability to explain insights, findings and recommendations in a clear way to different audiences.
• Experience owning and leading projects in the data space.
• A university degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Engineering or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
