Role Overview
This is a senior position with responsibility for leading a regional team of Marketing and Business Development professionals, partnering closely with Partners and senior leadership to drive growth, strengthen client relationships and enhance the firm’s market positioning.
What You Will Do
Act as a trusted senior adviser to Partners on regional strategy, client development and market positioning. Develop and deliver regional marketing and business development initiatives aligned to firmwide priorities and growth objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business from a recognised international institution.
- Minimum of 10–15 years’ progressive business development experience within professional services, including at least five years in a senior leadership role supporting regional or multi-jurisdictional operations; legal sector experience is essential.
- Proven success in developing and executing B2B marketing and business development strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and enhanced client relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic account management and Partner engagement within a partnership environment.
- Extensive experience leading and developing high-performing marketing and business development teams across multiple functions.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, and deep experience with CRM, digital marketing and social media platforms.
