Role Overview
The Marketing & Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth across the Americas by supporting client acquisition, client retention, and long term competitive positioning. This role partners closely with firm leadership, practice groups, and service lines to design and execute targeted business development strategies aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
Develop a strong understanding of assigned practices, partners, products, and offices to design and execute targeted business development plans. Conduct market, client, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and strategic positioning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Law
- 5-7+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or consulting roles
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (e.g., InterAction)
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to build and interpret dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
- Familiarity with AI enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar)
