State Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Join our dynamic Marketing Team as a State Marketing Manager in Kentucky. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory to achieve and exceed new item and revenue production targets in each line of business.

What You Will Do

Develop new prospects, identify emerging distribution opportunities, and develop a Sales and Marketing plan with agency partners. Conduct agency consultations, provide analysis and assessment of sales results, and share responsibility for planning annual objectives for each agency.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
• Property & Casualty experience
• Minimum of three (3) years Personal Lines/Property & Casualty Insurance Sales or Marketing experience
• Territory Manager carrier experience with existing producer relationships preferred but not required
